We do our best to offer freshly baked breads from trusted local artisans, and select meats, fish, and dairy from purveyors who uphold the highest standards of ethical and sustainable practices. Our goal is to develop long-standing relationships with our purveyors, and with that in mind, becoming 100% local and organic is a process.

Our dishes are not heated with industrial seed oils, honoring both flavor and integrity.

We love to nourish all diets whether vegetarian, vegan, or omnivore, with care.

  • To call Aleya a chef is an understatement. She is a witch wielding her magic with herbs, spices, vegetables, fruits, and high quality meats - creating not just food, but medicine. She reminds me of the book, "Like Water for Chocolate' with her unique way of making all my retreat students feel joy and reverence as they eat her food. She introduces each of her meals with eloquence and depth that reminds us of the abundance mother nature provides for us every day. Aleya is a rare breed of chef, once that will help to create magic at any occasion. I feel honored to have discovered her work.

    Amber C | Pause Retreat

  • Aleya is such an incredible chef as well as an amazing person. She is organized, communicative, and her food (and presentation of it) is incredible! We can't wait to have her back for another retreat!
